I am a qualified and experienced Reflexologist, Skin Care Specialist, Massage & Beauty Therapist, and also a Reiki practitioner.
With having a background of working in the holistic and beauty industry as a practising therapist for over 30 years.
More recently, I have trained in Acupressure Facial Therapy and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD). I have seen excellent results from these treatments both as stand-alone therapies and when combined with other treatments, allowing each session to be tailored to individual needs.
I offer bespoke treatments, providing a truly holistic service designed to help each individual look & feel healthier, more balanced, and supported in their wellbeing. Trained as a skin care specialist, beauty therapist, foot, hand, ear, and facial reflexologist, aromatherapy reflexology, Reiki, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), and a range of massage therapies, I am able to tailor and combine treatments to suit each client’s individual needs. This flexible approach ensures that every session is personalised, allowing clients to gain the most beneficial outcomes every time.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the idea that specific points on the feet, hands, ears or face correspond to different organs and systems of the body.
A reflexologist applies gentle pressure to these points with the aim of:
It’s commonly used for relaxation and may help with issues such as stress, headaches, sleep problems, and general aches, though it’s not a medical treatment and doesn’t diagnose illness.
Reflexology Lymph drainage is a specialised form of reflexology that focuses on supporting the lymphatic system. It is a gentle, non-invasive technique developed to help encourage lymphatic drainage and reduce fluid retention.
Using specific reflexes on the feet, RLD Reflexology aims to stimulate the lymphatic pathways of the body, supporting natural detoxification and immune function.
RLD Reflexology may help with:
This treatment is especially gentle and suitable for those who may not tolerate deeper bodywork. RLD Reflexology is often used as a supportive therapy alongside medical care but does not replace medical treatment.
Katherine Daniels core principle is Skin First, Symptoms Second.
It means we treat your skin first, not just the symptom.
Dryness, redness, breakouts, sensitivity, dullness and premature ageing are the concerns you can see or feel. But the real priority is the condition of your skin underneath the symptoms, its: barrier strength, hydration, resilience, and how calmly your skin responds.
When your skin is healthy and working properly, visible symptoms are easier to improve and the results are longer lasting
The facial products are designed to support healthier, stronger and more resilient skin, whether they are used as part of a salon treatment plan or as your homecare routine.
People often see & feel:
Salon treatments are supported with salon strength home care, Your skin does not need a cupboard full of products. It needs the right products, used in the right order and used consistently.
Massage therapy is a hands-on complementary treatment designed to relax the body, ease muscle tension, and support overall wellbeing. Using a range of techniques, massage helps to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and encourage deep relaxation.
Regular massage can help to:
Treatments can be tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re looking for relaxation or focused work on areas of tension. Can include Indian head massage.
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back – areas where stress is commonly held. Rooted in traditional Ayurvedic practice, this therapy helps to calm the mind while releasing physical tension. This treatment may be performed seated fully clothed or adapted to be performed as part of a massage treatment lying on a coach.
Benefits of Indian Head Massage may include:
Massage therapies are not a medical treatment, but many people find it helpful as a supportive, calming practice.
Acupressure Facial Therapy is a natural, non-invasive treatment that combines traditional acupressure techniques with facial massage to support both skin health and overall wellbeing.
Based on principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the face that are believed to relate to the body’s energy pathways. This helps to encourage balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural healing processes.
Acupressure Facial Therapy is a complementary treatment and does not replace medical care.
Acupressure Facial Therapy may help to:
The treatment is deeply calming and may also help to relieve headaches, sinus congestion, and emotional tension. It is often described as both relaxing and revitalising, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and the mind calm.
Aromatherapy oils can enhance reflexology and massage treatments by supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. Carefully selected essential oils are blended and used during treatments to complement the therapy and your individual needs.
When absorbed through the skin and inhaled, essential oils can help to:
In reflexology, aromatherapy oils can help to encourage relaxation and support the body’s natural balance, while in massage they assist with muscle relaxation and create a more soothing, restorative treatment.
Each blend is chosen with care and can be tailored to your preferences, ensuring a personalised and nurturing experience. Aromatherapy is used as a complementary support and does not replace medical treatment.
Thermal Stone Therapy uses smooth basalt hot stones and chilled marble stones to enhance the therapeutic effects of massage, facial acupressure, and reflexology treatments.
When used together, alternating hot and cold stones creates a balancing vascular response that supports detoxification, reduces muscular stress, and leaves the body feeling restored, grounded, and rejuvenated.
